Create Customer Account

When you create your customer account, the system requires that you select your residency status. Your residency status determines what type of licenses you are allowed to purchase and what fields you are required to complete for your customer account. You will need to select your residency from the Residency drop down list.

Types of Residency

Your residency status should be one of the following:
  • Current Georgia Residency (3 months or longer) - If you have been living in the State of Georgia for 3 months or longer, you should select this option.
  • Active Duty Military or Dependent Stationed in GA - If you are an active duty military person or you are a dependent of an active duty military person living in the State of Georgia, you should select this option.
  • Active Duty Military or Dependent Stationed Outside of Georgia (List Georgia as Home of Record) - If you are an active duty military person or you are a dependent of an active duty military person who is living outside the State of Georgia, and have your residency in Georgia, you should select this option.
  • Nonresident Active Duty Military or Dependent Stationed Outside of Georgia - If you are an active duty military that is not a Georgia resident or you are a dependent of an active duty military that is not a Georgia resident, you should select this option.
  • Out of State Full Time Georgia College Student Living in GA - If you are a full time Georgia college student that lives in Georgia and not a Georgia resident, you should select this option.
  • Not a Georgia Resident - If you live outside the State of Georgia or outside of the United States, you should select this option.

The Residency drop down list is a required field. If you do not select your residency status, the system will return an error.
