Create a Customer Record

The Create Customer page allows you to create your customer account. This is the central location for creating and editing your account information. You will need to complete all the required fields that are marked with the red asterisk. If you do not complete all the required fields, the system will return an error message and will not allow you to proceed until you complete the fields with valid information.

Ensure that you complete all the required fields in the following sections on this page:

  • Customer Information - This section allows you to complete your personal information, such as your name, social security number, and phone number.
  • Mailing Address - This section allows you to complete your mailing address.
  • Physical Address - This section allows you to complete your physical address, if it is different from your mailing address.
