Customer Information
When you log into your customer account, you will see all the information that you entered when you initially created your customer account. Please review all the information to ensure that everything is correct.
Update/Edit Information
If your customer account information is not correct, you can go ahead and make the necessary changes by using one of the following options:
Edit Information
- You can edit your customer account information with the
Edit Information
button.
Edit
- You can also edit your customer account information with the
Edit
link.
Update My Residency
- If you notice that your residency status is not correct, you can update it with the
Update My Residency
link.
Certify Information
If all your information is accurate, you will need to certify by clicking
I certify that my residency status and all other information below is correct.
After you certify that your information is correct, you can proceed to purchasing or replacing licenses by clicking
Purchase/Replace a License/Permits.
Test Print
If you want to see what your license will look like before you purchase it, click on
Test Print
. Test print will show you a sample of what your license will look like. It is only an empty license and not a real license.
License History
If you have purchased licenses, permits, or passes, you can see a list of all of them by clicking on
License History.

Lifetime License
Lifetime Sportsman’s Licenses - for people under 65 - are only available for purchase by downloading a Lifetime Sportsman's License application, filling it out and mailing it along with the required documents to the address on the form, or you can purchase in select offices. Lifetime Sportsman’s Licenses are not available for purchase online or at retail agents. You can find the application here:
