 Details

The Buck Shoals Wildlife Management Area is located in White County. This 582-acre property exclusively offers youth hunting and fishing events.  Participants are encouraged to camp the evening prior to the event.  Participants will meet at the Lake House for a safety briefing and basic squirrel hunting information, and firearms practice, if needed. Dog hunting will begin at early Saturday morning, basic squirrel biology and hunting techniques will be taught mid-day and still hunting will be conducted in the evening.  Cost: $25.00 per person. Youth must apply and list the attending parent/guardian.
