 Details

Safe Harvest and Responsible Practices (SHARP) is a one-day event that will provide newcomers with basic knowledge and skills required to confidently pursue Georgia's wild game on their own. This program will include an introduction to trapping along with an overview of Georgia furbearers and the equipment used to trap them. Participants will have opportunities throughout the day to try their hand at trap setting. The $30.00 registration includes lunch at the CEWC Conference Center. This event is open to both adults and youth aged 10 and up. A parent must register and attend with their youth.
