Novice anglers (of all ages) are invited to attend our One Day Fish & Learn Program on April 1, 2026. This is a beginner level session focusing on the basics of fishing (equipment, bait, knot-tying, and casting), bass-specific information, and how to clean and cook your fish. We will have two, two-hour blocks set aside for fishing. Loner poles will be available. Space is limited (Only 10 participants of all ages) so register today! Deadline to register is March 25, 2026.
Required and Suggested: Closed-toe shoes REQUIRED. We also recommend bringing a refillable water bottle, cooler, hat and sunscreen. LUNCH WILL NOT BE PROVIDED. Each child attending must have a parent/guardian (18) present.

Directions to Fishing Event Pond: After entering PFA, go to the left of the PFA sign then turn left at the first road. Continue on the gravel road behind the Lake Dam, go past the Archery Range and turn right at the top of the hill into the parking lot on the right. The pond is below the parking lot.
